TERMS & CONDITIONS

For online orders only, we require minimum 50% deposit with your order with the balance due just prior to goods being sent to you. We will email you a receipt and/or post to your address a copy of payment received.

For online orders only, we will refund or exchange goods if returned within 7 days of receipt. Goods must be in original condition with tags attached and in original packaging. Postage costs are excluded from refund price.

In the unlikely event of your goods being delivered faulty or damaged, you must contact us within 3 days of the date of delivery in order for us to arrange a replacement or provide a refund.

You are responsible for your own postage costs when returning items to us. We will in turn be responsible for the cost of posting items back to you. This applies to all returns without exception.


Prices

All prices listed on this web site are in Australian Dollars and include GST. Prices, specifications and availability of products are subject to change without notice.


Payment

Direct deposit to our bank account in Australia.
Mail order/Telephone order visa or mastercard eftpos transaction by email or phone.
Personal cheques and money orders will also be accepted as payment, but will be subject to clearance before postage.
Australia Post COD (Cash on Delivery) will also be offered for customers requesting the service, but a surcharge of $8 applies.


Shipping

All postage is handled by Australia Post, Standard Registered or Express Post, if not requested differently.
